Instant messaging application WhatsApp has introduced a feature for users to create chat wallpapers with AI.

According to recent reports, this feature was first available on the WhatsApp beta version released for iOS. But now the company is giving access to it to other people through the App Store. The aim of the feature is to bring the app experience of iOS users on par with Android so that they can benefit from the same customization options on both platforms.

Using this feature, users will be able to create their own chat wallpapers. For this, they will not need any special skills, but the user will have to write a simple instruction for the desired image.

To use this, users will have to open the wallpaper settings within the chat, which will have a new option to create a wallpaper using Meta AI.

After tapping this option, a prompt box will open where users can write a description for the desired image. After which Meta AI will convert the user’s idea into an image and present multiple wallpapers, from which users can choose their chat wallpaper.
