KARACHI: The Central Ruet-e-Hilal Committee (CRHC) on Wednesday announced that the crescent for the month of Rabi-ul-Awwal was sighted in several parts of Pakistan.
First Rabi-ul-Awwal will be on Thursday, December 1 (today) while 12 Rabi ul Awwal, the birthday of Holy Prophet Hazrat Muhammad (Peace Be Upon Him), will fall on December 12.
CHRC Chairman Mufti Muneeb-ur-Rehman made the announcement after chairing a meeting of the moon sighting committee in the federal capital. NNI
