Islamabad: The federal government has developed an app for petrol subsidy for low-income people, through which they will be able to get petrol at a lower price.

According to sources, the app developed by the Ministry of Information Technology is currently in the testing phase, after which the app will be presented to the public.

The subsidy on petrol will be given to two- and three-wheelers, while the increase in prices in the global market will be passed on to other consumers.
