Islamabad: Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif has announced a reduction in the price of diesel by Rs 135 per liter.

Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif, while addressing the nation, said, “Today I am speaking to you on a historic occasion. There is no war in the Gulf, there is talk of peace. Both sides are ready for talks.”

The Prime Minister said, “I thank the leadership of Iran and America. Both countries accepted my proposal. The leadership of both countries is coming to Pakistan. The honor of hosting is not only for Pakistan, it is a moment for the Islamic world.”

He said, “I have convinced both sides to agree to a temporary ceasefire. I have invited both sides to come to Islamabad. I congratulate the Foreign Minister and his team. I also congratulate Field Marshal General Asim Munir.”
