A four-member delegation led by Jin Yongsheng, Chairman of Service Long March Tires Private Limited, met with Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif.
According to the statement, the Prime Minister said that Pakistan and China are working on a priority basis to further expand business-to-business relations. The Government of Pakistan believes in a sustainable, transparent and facilities-based investment system.
The Prime Minister said that through the Special Investment Facilitation Council, efforts are being made to provide all facilities to investors. Joint ventures like Service Long March are essential for the economic development of both countries, new job opportunities, technology sharing and increased exports.
Chairman Service Long March Mr. Jin Yangsheng praised the investor-friendly system and government economic policies in Pakistan, the Prime Minister was briefed on the new investment plans of Service Long March Tires.
According to the briefing, Service Long March is focusing on exports; the company’s export revenue in the year 2024-2025 was 54 million US dollars, the Federal Board of Investment is working to provide facilities to Service Long March Tires in various sectors.
It was informed in the briefing that the Federal Board of Investment has provided all the necessary facilities for the establishment of a Sole Development Zone of Service Long March Tires in Nooriabad, Sindh.
The meeting was attended by Federal Minister for Investment Board Qaiser Ahmed Sheikh, Minister of State for Finance and Railways Bilal Azhar Kayani, Special Assistant to the Prime Minister Haroon Akhtar and relevant senior government officials.
