Islamabad:The Telecom Foundation School System, operating under the Ministry of Information Technology, has taken a pioneering step by introducing Performance Bonds for its teaching staff.
The initiative ensures academic excellence by prohibiting teachers from promoting private tuition to their own students, banning corporal punishment, and reinforcing their responsibility to deliver quality education.

Education experts have praised the move as a progressive model for other institutions, noting that it reflects Telecom Foundation’s strong commitment to safeguarding students’ interests and creating a safe, ethical, and disciplined learning environment.
