Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan has said that Israel is looking for an opportunity to attack Iran, but it is hoped that an alternative path will be taken.

In an interview with the Turkish Broadcasting Corporation, Hakan Fidan said that the facts on the ground show that Israel is looking for an opportunity to take action against Iran, which could prove dangerous for the region.

The Turkish Foreign Minister warned that if such a move is taken, the Middle East will become more unstable and the situation could worsen.

He said that during his recent visit to Iran, as a friendly country, he openly discussed all issues with Iranian officials and conveyed his concerns.
