Intense heat in UAE, Asia Cup match times changed

The heat in the UAE has forced the Asia Cup organizers to change the timing of the matches.

According to the details, the Asia Cup matches will now start half an hour later than the initially announced schedule, the reason for this is to protect the players and spectators from the UAE heat.

18 of the 19 matches will start at 6:30 pm local time.

There will be two matches in Abu Dhabi on September 15. The one-day match between the UAE and Oman will start at 4 pm. Sri Lanka and Hong Kong will also compete that evening.

The biggest Pakistan-India clash of the event will be on September 14.

The top two teams from both groups will reach the Super Four stage. Six matches will be played in the Super Four stage from September 20 to 26, out of which the top two teams will clash in the final on September 28.
