Karachi: Indian cricketer Yash Dayal has been banned from participating in the third edition of the UPT20 League following allegations of sexual assault against a woman.
According to Indian media, fast bowler Yash Dayal has been banned from participating in the third edition of the UPT20 League.
Yash Dayal was supposed to represent Gorakhpur Lions, but will not participate in the league, which is scheduled to start on August 17.
Yash Dayal was part of the Royal Challengers Bangalore, which won the IPL this year. A case has been registered against him following allegations by a woman, while another case is also being filed against him in Jaipur.
The Uttar Pradesh Cricket Association has banned Yash Dayal from playing in the league in view of these allegations.
