KARACHI – April 10, 2026 – A decisive meeting of the Core Committee of the Independent Lawyers Group Sindh Chapter (Asma Jahangir Group) was convened today to finalize the group’s strategy for the upcoming judicial elections. The session was presided over by the veteran legal leader, Mr. Muhammad Yasin Azad (Senior ASC), Former President of the Supreme Court Bar Association of Pakistan (SCBA).
Following a thorough consultative process and unanimous consensus within the Core Committee, the group has officially unveiled its nominated panel for the Supreme Court Bar Association (SCBA) Elections for the 2026-2027 term.
