Gold prices have increased in global and local markets, with the price of gold once again reaching a new high.
According to Express News, the trend of increasing investment in gold to protect assets from devaluation has led to uncertainty in the global precious metals market.
As the price of gold per ounce in the international bullion market increased by another $20 to reach a high of $2,933, the price of 24-carat gold per tola in the local bullion markets also reached a new historic level of Rs. 306,200 on Friday, increasing by Rs. 2,200 to reach a new historic level of Rs. 306,200.
Similarly, the price of gold per ten grams also increased by Rs. 1,886 to reach a new high of Rs. 262,517.
Meanwhile, the price of silver per tola increased by Rs 83 to Rs 3,450 and the price of ten grams of silver increased by Rs 71 to Rs 2,957.
