Gambling apps promotion case: Lahore court approves two-day physical remand of Ducky Bhai

Famous YouTuber Dikki Bhai alias Saadur Rehman was produced in the court in the Lahore District Court in a case of promotion of gambling apps and fraud.

The court granted Dikki Bhai a two-day physical remand on the request of the National Cyber Crime Agency (NCCIA) and ordered him to be produced again on August 19.

The duty judicial magistrate has also sought a full investigation report from the National Cyber Crime Agency on the next hearing. Renowned lawyer Zain Ali Qureshi appeared in the court on behalf of Dikki Bhai.

A case number 196/2025 has been registered against Saadur Rehman, which includes sections 13, 14, 25 and 26 of the PICA Act, while sections 420 and 294-B of the Pakistan Penal Code are also included.

According to the FIR, the accused was involved in the promotion of gambling and promoted various gambling apps through videos. Officials say that important evidence has also been recovered from the suspect’s mobile phone.

According to the National Cybercrime Agency, further investigations are underway and more revelations are expected in the coming days.
