Karachi: Sindh Senior Minister Sharjeel Inam Memon has appealed to the people of Kachha to move to their relatives or government relief camps in view of the threat of floods.
In his statement, Sharjeel Inam Memon said that floods across the country have caused severe devastation in various areas including Gilgit-Baltistan, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Punjab, and now this rail is about to enter Sindh province.
In a video statement, Sharjeel Inam Memon said that the Sindh government has taken complete steps to deal with the situation and all ministers and relevant institutions are mobilized on the special instructions of the Sindh Chief Minister.
He said that the people of Kachha have very little time left, so it is important to move to safe places in time to avoid any major loss.
Sharjeel Memon clarified that the administration is present and active on the ground and is ready to provide all possible help to the people. If people want to move to their relatives or relief camps, they can go in a timely and safe manner.
He said that if the water reaches, the people may have to be evacuated in boats, which will be a big challenge and there is also a risk of accidents during this time.
Senior Minister of Sindh Sharjeel Inam Memon said that the Sindh government appeals to the people to move to safe places on their own so that no damage occurs.
