Islamabad: Federal Minister for Finance and Revenue, Senator Muhammad Aurangzeb, while appreciating the overall progress on the Revenue Mobilization, Investment and Trade Program (REMET), urged various partners to adopt more active, effective and integrated strategies for the immediate implementation of the final results under the program. He expressed these views while addressing the meeting of the Steering Committee of Remit Program on Tuesday.
The purpose of the Steering Committee meeting was to review the implementation of the decisions taken in the last meeting of the Committee regarding revenue mobilisation, investment climate, trade and overall economy.
