Dengue has completely gone out of control in Rawalpindi.
According to the details, the total number of dengue patients in government hospitals of the city has reached 413, while the total number of dengue patients in private hospitals and clinics has crossed 400.
Medical experts have declared the next one and a half months to be extremely dangerous for the spread of dengue. A total of 4982897 houses were checked, of which larvae were recovered from 130336 houses.
17862 larvae were recovered from hotspot areas, after which the administration has started running. In a third-party survey from cleared areas, dengue larvae were recovered on a large scale from 113 places.
On the other hand, 13 were absent without explanation and 3 were suspended for giving false reports.
3894 cases were registered and 1722 properties were sealed for the recovery of larvae in the dengue operation, while 3304 challans and a total fine of Rs. 97.84 lakh were issued for the discovery of dengue larvae.
