The last 24 hours saw 23,035 diagnostic tests performed, of which 679 had favourable results, according to NIH data.However, according to NIH statistics, the positive rate nationwide over the previous 24 hours was 2.95 percent.
The data revealed that the COVID-19 pandemic killed seven more people in the nation on a single day, bringing the total number of fatalities to 30,462 since the pandemic’s beginning.
According to NIH data, 166 COVID-19 patients are still receiving treatment in intensive care units (ICU) at various hospitals around the nation despite a modest increase in new cases.
