Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian has stated that Iran does not wish to continue the conflict with the United States, and the decision to end the dispute now rests with the U.S. He made these remarks during an interview with the American broadcaster Fox News.

Pezeshkian argued that if differences can be resolved through dialogue, there should be no need for mutual bloodshed. He maintained that Iran did not desire war; rather, the conflict was imposed upon the country as a result of Israel's actions and provocations.
The Iranian President emphasized, "We do not want to continue the war; the U.S. must decide whether or not it wants to end it."
