The Netherlands has imposed a ban on the import, purchase, and sale of products originating from Israeli settlements.

This ban applies to goods linked to Israeli settlements established in the occupied West Bank, East Jerusalem, and the Golan Heights.
The restriction applies only to goods produced or obtained in the settlements, not to all products coming from Israel. In addition to imports, the purchase, sale, and provision of commercial or brokerage services for these goods within the Netherlands are also prohibited.
The ban extends to travelers' luggage; bringing items purchased in a settlement into the Netherlands—even for personal use or as gifts—is prohibited.
Violations may result in legal action and fines; authorities have indicated a particular focus on intentional and systematic violations.
