Petroleum crisis; 4-day work week, 3 days off?

In order to reduce the price of petroleum products in the country and reduce national expenses, the government is considering a 4-day work week and 3-day holiday in the public and private sectors.

A private media report quoted sources as saying that this proposal, which has come out at the federal level, will be applicable to public and private offices, schools, colleges and universities across the country.

It has been further informed in this regard that it has been decided in the meeting that the institutions will remain completely closed for 3 days. The main objective of this measure is to save financial resources by reducing fuel, electricity and administrative expenses.
