S.K. Niazi Launches ‘Battle of Truth’ at Ceremony Honouring Huffaz-e-Quran

ISLAMABAD: Editor-in-Chief Pakistan Group of Newspapers and Chairman Roze News S.K. Niazi attended as chief guest the launching ceremony of his book “Battle of Truth” held at Al Rafay Mosque, Rafay Mall.
The ceremony was attended by religious scholars, Huffaz-e-Quran, parents, guardians and other prominent personalities. Young children who had completed the memorisation of the Holy Quran were presented shields and certificates in recognition of their achievement.
Speaking on the occasion, S.K. Niazi congratulated the young Huffaz and expressed his appreciation for the Naat recitation presented during the ceremony. He said it was a matter of great pride that children were continuing to earn the honour of memorising the Holy Quran every year.
S.K. Niazi said Zainab Academy, established in Mianwali, was also expanding its educational and religious services. He noted that a branch of the academy had been established at the venue and was making rapid progress towards becoming a leading madrasa.
He also praised the sacrifices and services of the Pakistani armed forces in the defence of the country and said their role deserved appreciation.
Congratulating the young Quran memorizers, S.K. Niazi prayed for their bright future and said he would continue supporting public welfare initiatives. He announced that the Khidmat-e-Halq programme would be organised annually to serve the community.
The ceremony concluded with special prayers for the peace, progress and prosperity of Pakistan.
