- ISLAMABAD: The Meteorological Department has predicted thunderstorms in different parts of the country. According to the Meteorological Department, there is a possibility of thundershowers in Islamabad and its surroundings during the night, while rain is also expected in Murree, Galiyat and adjacent areas.
- Rain has also been forecast in Attock, Mianwali and Rawalpindi. Thunderstorms are expected in various areas of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, including Peshawar, Kohistan, Swat, Bajaur, Kalam, Chitral and Dir.
- Similarly, there is a possibility of rain in Kohat, Nowshera, Abbottabad, Malakand, Parachinar and Kurram. Rain has been forecast at a few places in Gilgit-Baltistan and Azad Kashmir with strong winds and thunderstorms.
- The Meteorological Department has forecast hot and dry weather in most districts of Balochistan.
