Federal Minister for Information Technology Shaza Fatima Khawaja has said that Pakistan has been ranked 16th out of 193 countries in the 2026 Global Outsourcing Talent Index by Ataraxis.

According to the details, Shaza Fatima said that Pakistan is among the top 9% of countries globally. Pakistan is currently ahead of China (37th), Vietnam (32nd), Colombia (31st) and Western European countries Germany (84th), France (73rd), Spain (49th) and the United Kingdom (29th).

He said that Pakistan’s talent score is 80 out of 100, on the same scale, Pakistan is ranked 8th globally, while Pakistan’s ranking is ahead of the European Union country, the Middle East’s owner and every African country included in the index.

He said that Pakistan is growing at an average annual rate of about 20 percent, which is a clear testament to the potential and strength of our technology ecosystem.
