In the 27th match of the ongoing event at the National Stadium Karachi, Lahore Qalandars captain Shaheen Shah Afridi won the toss and decided to bat first.

It should be noted that Lahore Qalandars have suffered defeats in the last three matches, while Rawalpindi has not yet won a single victory in the event.
