ISLAMABAD: Dr Raza Amiri Moghadam, Ambassador of Iran to Pakistan, has appreciated Pakistan’s constructive diplomatic role in easing regional tensions and promoting peace, particularly in the context of ongoing challenges arising from US-Israeli actions in the region.
In a statement, the Iranian envoy acknowledged the “goodwill, good offices, and sincere efforts” of Pakistan, describing it as a friendly and brotherly country that has consistently worked to de-escalate tensions and restore stability. He noted that Islamabad’s proactive engagement reflects its commitment to regional harmony and peaceful coexistence.
Dr Moghadam emphasized that Iran welcomes Pakistan’s diplomatic initiatives, which are rooted in goodwill and aimed at fostering lasting peace.
