Karachi: The price of gold has increased further in the global and local markets.

The price of gold per ounce in the international bullion market increased by $39 on Monday, as a result of which the new global price reached $4,532 per ounce.

Under the influence of the global market, the price of gold per tola in the local bullion markets also recorded a huge increase of Rs3,900 on the first day of the business week, after which the new price reached Rs475,962.

Similarly, at the local level, the price of gold per 10 grams also increased by Rs3,343 to Rs488,060.

On the other hand, the price of silver per ounce also increased in the global market and the new price became $70.40 per ounce, while in the local markets, the price of silver per tola increased by Rs70 to Rs7,524 and per 10 grams of silver increased by Rs60 to Rs6,450.
