ISLAMABAD: The District and Sessions Courts, Islamabad, dismissed the acquittal petition of Hadi Ali Chatha in the controversial tweet case against Iman Mazari and Hadi Ali Chatha.

Additional District and Sessions Judge Muhammad Afzal Majuka issued orders while pronouncing a reserved verdict on the acquittal petition of Hadi Ali Chatha.

The controversial tweet case against renowned lawyer Iman Mazari and Hadi Ali Chatha has entered the final stage and the State Council has completed the examination of all the prosecution witnesses.

The court directed the State Council to provide the questionnaire of 342 and Judge Afzal Majuka inquired from the State Council that you are being given the questionnaire and you should submit the answer, if the accused do not respond, then you have to respond.

The court directed the prosecution to submit the questionnaire of 342 on December 4 and adjourned the hearing of the controversial tweet case of Iman Mazari and Hadi Ali Chatha until December 4.
