The sudden postponement of the wedding of Indian women’s cricket team’s star batter Smriti Mandhana and music composer Palash Mouchal has created a stir on social media. Now film critic Kamal R Khan, popularly known as KRK, has sparked a new controversy by giving a shocking reason for the delay.
According to reports, the wedding was scheduled to take place on November 23 in the city of Sangli, Maharashtra, but due to the deterioration of Smriti Mandhana’s father’s health and admission to the hospital, the ceremony was postponed indefinitely. This sudden decision has surprised both fans and the media.
Interestingly, Smriti Mandhana has removed all the latest photos and videos related to the wedding from her Instagram account, although the old posts are still there. The couple had also organized traditional ceremonies like Haldi, Mehndi and Sangeet before the wedding, the videos of which went viral on social media. Now all this content has also been deleted from their account, which has increased the questions even more.
Reports are out. #smiritiMandhana caught #PalaashMuchal red handed with a choreographer girl during marriage function. Saala Kamaal Ka Topibaaz Aadmi Hai. Means he was marrying with #Mandhana for publicity only.
Meanwhile, KRK made the matter more serious by making a claim on social media platform ‘X’. According to him, Smriti saw Palaash Muchal in an “objectionable state” with a choreographer girl during the marriage rituals, after which the situation became tense.
KRK alleged that Palaash Muchal actually wanted to get married with the intention of gaining name and fame.
On the other hand, the couple, who separated before marriage, have also unfollowed each other on social media platform X.
This new claim has further fueled the already existing rumors, while the couple has not yet responded to this rumor or Kamal R. Khan’s statement.
