Ishaq Dar meets Malaysian Foreign Minister, reiterates unwavering support for Palestinian cause

DOHA: Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar and Malaysian Foreign Minister Mohammad Hassan have strongly condemned the barbaric acts of Israel and reiterated their unwavering support for the Palestinian cause.

According to a statement issued by the Foreign Office Spokesperson, Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar met with Malaysian Foreign Minister Mohammad Hassan in Doha.

The statement said that the two leaders met in preparation for the emergency Arab-Islamic summit.

On this occasion, both countries strongly condemned the Israeli attacks on Qatar and other Muslim countries, calling it a clear violation of the sovereignty of the said countries and international laws.

They reiterated their unwavering support for the Palestinian cause and stressed the need for unity of the Muslim Ummah.

The Foreign Ministers of Pakistan and Malaysia welcomed the Arab-Islamic summit, calling it timely and indispensable.
