ISLAMABAD: Federal Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi has said regarding the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI)’s announcement of a protest on August 5 that first they should prepare and then we will do the same.
Federal Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi spoke to journalists in Islamabad, where he was asked what the government was doing to deal with the PTI’s August 5 protest, to which the Interior Minister said that first the PTI people should prepare and then we will do the same.
Mohsin Naqvi said that Afghanistan is a brotherly Islamic country, discussions are underway with it on many issues.
He said that no foreigner will be allowed to stay in Pakistan, those who are staying here illegally will not be given any concessions and no extension will be given to Afghans staying illegally in Pakistan.
Mohsin Naqvi said that Iran deported 300,000 Afghans in two weeks.
While talking to journalists, Mohsin Naqvi said that Monal was a very beautiful place in Islamabad, very good things are going to happen at the Monal place.
He said that 133 illegal housing societies are being built in Islamabad, and preparations are being made for a major operation against illegal housing societies.
He said that the appointment of an officer to run the affairs of armed organizations in the Ministry of Interior is under consideration. Whether this officer will be active or retired has not been decided yet.
He said that a road on the Erdogan Flyover was damaged due to excavation by the Sui Gas Department.
The Interior Minister said that there is a risk of smog in Islamabad, smog may come in Islamabad after 3-4 years, which is something that is being tried to deal with, and that the green area in Islamabad is being tried to increase as much as possible.
He said that the talk of controlling terrorists in Balochistan with the SHO was a term.
Mohsin Naqvi further said that the Prime Minister and the Army Chief played a role in stopping the Iran-Israel war.
The Interior Minister was asked that Trump is also praising Pakistan, China and other countries are also praising it, so who are we with, to which he said that we are with Pakistan, it is good that everyone is praising us.
