The Anti-Terrorism Court Islamabad immediately summoned the records of the case against Aleema Khan and Uzma Khan.
In the Anti-Terrorism Court, a hearing was held on the bail application in the case filed against PTI founder sisters Aleema Khan and Uzma Khan in Kohsar police station.
Aleema Khan and Uzma Khan’s lawyer Niazullah Niazi, Ensar Kayani and others appeared. The record of the case registered against the sisters of founder PTI could not be presented. Niazullah Niazi said that the record was not presented in the previous hearing, due to which the bail could not be granted. Anti-Terrorism Court Judge Abu Al-Hasanat Zul-Qarnain called for the record of the case immediately and said that where is the record and what is the problem.
Lawyer Salman Safdar argued that this is a case of 600 people, there is no case of a cipher or two people, there is no date, time, witnesses, nothing, only silence, the accused is Aamir Mughal, Aleema Khan, Uzma Khan. They continued to incite through megaphone speech, no one’s specific role is clear, all are jointly blamed.
Salman Safdar requested to approve the bail application of Aleema Khan Uzma Khan. The court called for records and adjourned the hearing of the case.
