RAWALPINDI :The wife of PTI founder Imran Khan Bushra Bibi was released from Adiala Jail on Thursday ,Judicial staff reached the at Adiala Jail’s Gate 5 along with her release order. They awaited completion of procedure for entering the jail premises.Accountability court of Islamabad issued orders for her release after a delay of more than 24 hours as Senior Special Judge Central Shahrukh Arjumand and Special Judge Central-2 Hamayun Dilawar “went missing” on Wednesday after the IHC ordered her to be set free.

Bushra Bibi remained incarcerated for almost nine months. She was sentenced to 14 years imprisonment in the Toshakhana case on January 31 this year. After the court decision, she surrendered herself before the jail authorities and was arrested.
