THATTA: A traffic accident on Wednesday in Thatta claimed the deaths of at least nine individuals.
Nine persons were killed, according to rescue workers, when a truck collided with a van on Thatta’s main National Highway close to the Chalia neighbourhood.
The nine van occupants were travelling from Karachi to Keenjhar Lake, the officials claimed. The dead bodies have been transported by the rescue personnel to the Civil Hospital Thatta.
