Iftikhar Ahmed, an all-rounder for Pakistan, stated on Wednesday that the team’s spirits are up going into their second T20 World Cup game thanks to the post-game motivational speech given by captain Babar Azam and the coaching staff following the team’s loss to India.Thursday in Perth will see Pakistan’s next match against Zimbabwe, and Iftikhar warned Pakistan against becoming comfortable in that match.

They are an international team as well, and we will treat them like any other international squad, giving them everything we have.On Sunday against India, Iftikhar struck a half-century, but Pakistan lost the thrilling match on the very last ball. The all-rounder stated that it always stings to lose a match while discussing the contest against India.

The way Babar Azam addressed the team after the game boosted everyone’s confidence, he added. Although it stings to lose a game, we are eager for the next one.Regardless of how many balls he faces, the all-rounder remarked that he always strives to contribute to the team’s success and plays according to his job.

Everyone in the middle order is motivated and hungry to score runs for the team, he said, adding that regardless of whether it takes one ball or ten, we all play for the team and try to make our team win games. Iftikhar stated that he is putting a lot of effort into developing his sweep shots and reverse sweep shots because he thinks they will be useful in Australian conditions.

Iftikhar responded when questioned about his critics that he views them favourably. There is nothing I can say to convey a message to them. He asserted that each player bats in a unique way and that he cannot instruct others on how to bat.
