ISLAMABAD – Prime Minister Imran Khan along with Army Chief General Qamar Javed Bajwa has visited Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI) Headquarters where he was briefed on issues of important nature.
According to sources, Federal Ministers Shah Mahmood Qureshi, Asad Umar and Special Assistant Dr Moeed Yousuf were also present. ISI Chief Lieutenant General Faiz Hameed received the Prime Minister on his arrival at the headquarters.
During the meeting, Prime Minister Imran Khan was briefed on complex regional and internal challenges and was briefed in detail on Pakistan’s efforts to restore peace in the region.
On this occasion, Prime Minister Imran Khan particularly appreciated the sacrifices and tireless efforts of the ISI and said that not a minute would be spared for the safeguard of national security and sovereignty.
