Peshawar: Peshawar High Court seeks report from federation on inclusion of Senator Faisal Javed’s name in stop list.
Justice Waqar Ahmed and Justice Sabitullah Khan heard the petition regarding inclusion of Senator Faisal Javed’s name in stop list in Peshawar High Court. The court sought a response from Attorney General’s office.
The petitioner’s lawyer took the stand that Faisal Javed’s name has been included in stop list and he has to go for Umrah, but there is a fear of being stopped at the airport, the court sought a report from federal government by tomorrow.
Meanwhile, talking to media outside the court, Senator Faisal Javed said that they will hold peaceful protests across the country to expel the founder PTI, the nationwide protests will put pressure on the government.
He said that freedom of expression is being restricted, the federal government is fueling more hatred, we are raising voice for the rule of law in the country.
