PESHAWAR: Sirajul Haq, Jamat-e-Islami Chief, Tuesday said Peshawar school tragedy has united the entire nation, which he said is more powerful than the atom bomb.
Talking to media after visiting Army Public School in Peshawar, Siraj said that many injured schoolchildren are still under treatment while scores of others attended the school after their recovery.
He said that government is not favouring any one by providing security to educational institutes.
The JI ameer also urged the management of schools and colleges to ensure adequate security.
“The time has come for government to fulfill its responsibilities,” he added
