ISLAMABAD: Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar has said that India has suffered a loss of at least three billion dollars in the war, while we have suffered casualties. We targeted military installations while India targeted the civilian population.
Speaking in the Senate, Ishaq Dar said that on May 7, 70 to 80 Indian planes came to Pakistan and the Indian planes released 24 payloads (explosives). They did not target terrorists, but mosques and innocent civilians. We shot down five of their planes.
Ishaq Dar said that India has suffered a loss of at least three billion dollars in the war with Pakistan, while we have suffered casualties. The reason is that India targeted the civilian population while we only targeted India’s military installations and did not attack any civilian population. The majority of our martyrs are women, children and the elderly.
