In 10 charges involving vandalism that occurred during the PTI’s long march in the federal capital, the court of a district and sessions judge in Islamabad on Friday granted PTI Chairman Imran Khan bail till July 6.

The court called the police with the case records to the next hearing and ordered the former prime minister to provide Rs5,000 as security against each case’s bail.

Imran Khan, who physically appeared in court, had his bail requests heard by Sessions Judge Kamran Basharat. General complainants were not permitted into the court’s grounds, which had strict security measures in place.

The police stations in Aabpara, I-9, Kohsar, Karachi Company, Golra, Tarnol, and Secretariat registered the cases in which the former premier was given bail.
