JAFFERABAD: A large number of people held protest demonstration against murder of a journalist who was shot dead by unknown gunmen here on Sunday.
According to details, unidentified miscreants barged into a house located in Usta Muhammad area of district Jafferabad and opened fire killing a journalist Zafarullah Jatak on the scene and fled away.
The body was shifted to hospital for medico-legal formalities. A large number of people including family members, relatives and dwellers of area along with dead body held protest demonstration against the killing and they demanded of the authorities to bring the culprits to book besides awarding punishment to them.
