Former national team captain Shahid Afridi called the current generation of players the McDonald’s and KFC generation.
During an interview with broadcaster Star Sports before the start of the Champions Trophy, the former captain and all-rounder expressed surprise at the friendly behavior of the players on the field during the Pakistan-India match.
The anchor asked that Shahid Bhai, you used to get very angry on the field, but now it doesn’t happen, to which the former captain replied that the current generation of players is the McDonald’s and KFC generation.
