Islamabad: PTI leader Shoaib Shaheen has said that the Ardali government has violated the constitution and law by making the justice system its slave. The government and the establishment have tarnished their face not only in Pakistan but also in the world.
Talking to the media outside Adiala Jail, he said that the time of the Al-Qadir Trust decision was 11 am, the whole world knew about it.
He said that our people had started arriving at 10:30 am, but the judge left at 8:30 am. The aim is to appoint judges of their choice on the 17th so that the appeal of this decision can be filed with new judges.
He said that an appeal will be filed with him so that the independent judges cannot decide this case. He was arrested from Zaman Park on August 5 by Judge Humayun Dilawar’s order. Was Imran Khan present in the court on that day?
Shoaib Shaheen said that you did not need anyone to pronounce the verdict, how far was the cell? You could have called Khan Sahib, when you had given the time of 11 am, he finished at 8:30 am and left, the judge left before 10:30 am.
The PTI leader said that all our people and our lawyers also reached here, but usually the hearing did not start here before 11 am, when you had to pronounce the verdict, you would have pronounced it, even at midnight, verdicts have been pronounced here.
He said that there is a bad intention behind this, it can be used as pressure tickets, the second reason is that the verdict should be delayed and taken to the judges of your choice, so that the cases can be assigned to such judges who can give the results of their choice.
