The Supreme Court of Pakistan (SCP) has not issued new guidelines regarding the elections to Punjab Assembly and Assembly, and has also placed restrictions on relations with the Supreme Court, but actions and initiatives from both sides complicate the work.

According to The Independent, analysts are concerned that these events will affect the general laws, the judiciary and the hope for a solution in politics. The stalemate is so serious that there is now talk of a civil war or more legal intervention, so preparing a package of changes in the dissolving country is an initiative of leadership of politicians and state leaders.

In Pakistan’s First Justice (internal controversy escalated dangerously after CJP), Umar Ata Bandial seeks information on the NA debate on the operation of the Supreme Court and Constitutional Bridge 2023 and has found another impact on the judicial system.

Recent directives have sparked a backlash from lawmakers, who asked the speaker not to force the Supreme Court without the consent of the House.

The anger of the lawmakers can be seen in the demand and statement of another moderate politician and former PM Shahid Khaqan Abbasi, who said that the Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP) should be summoned to the parliament and asked the Parliament why. Representatives asked for documents. He added that this is the most important and best thing and therefore should be taken seriously. Other lawmakers from the Finance Committee and the opposition expressed similar sentiments, urging the House Committee to call the chief justice and question him on impeachment of the law.

In a related development, the Accounting Commission (TMK) filed a petition with the Supreme Court on 16 May regarding the court’s review and will serve a notice if it does not appear as its director.

The problem may also become serious as the state administration has expressed dissatisfaction with the Cabinet’s failure to replace its registrar.

As for the Punjab elections, the Indian Press Conference told the Supreme Court that there is no consensus on early elections and that the court should follow the elections in Punjab. However, court intervention risks weakening the entire system because the government has no desire to maintain a position that is considered favorable to either side. When faced with a 3 to 4 dispute, there is strong opposition to the creation of a special tribune, as well as issues regarding the legality of the court decision.

The Court was expected to listen to the advice of the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP), which once again told the Supreme Court that the election date is not the duty of the high courts according to the Constitution. In the report under Law Review Section 188, also referring to widespread concerns about the integrity of the application, holding elections to the National Assembly with a permanent government in Punjab and KP if the purpose of the election is elected for 73% of the seats in Congress (73% of the total number of National assemblies), and justice will not be affected.

The results of the All Party Conference (APC), formed by the Awami National Party (ANP), called for political control of everything and a national election on the same day. They are successful. Parliamentary working hours. This demand shows the importance that all political parties in the country, with the exception of the PTI, have the same consensus on the election that should be held simultaneously after the end of the term.

In this context, all parties involved should heed the call of the Federal Minister and PPP supporter, Syed Naveed Qamar, who asks them not to influence the negotiation process and to find a solution according to the Constitution without any other means. He warned that stubborn behavior could spell disaster and harm the government and opposition. “Neither we will exist, nor you,” he continued.
