zarMIRANSHAH: Military gunship helicopters pounded hideouts of militants in North Waziristan, killing 10 more terrorists on Monday.

Operation against militants ‘Zarb-e-Azb’ is continuing in North Waziristan in full swing by Pakistan Army. In a latest action, the gunship helicopters shelled the hideouts and killed 10 militants.

According to Inter-Services Public Relations, military’s public affairs wing, five vehicles and weapons depot of militants was also destroyed in the air offensive.

The organized network of terrorists has been badly disintegrated after the Zarb-e-Azb by Pakistan Army. Over 900 militants have been killed in the operation so far.

It may be noted that army soldiers have occupied more than 70 per cent of the territory in North Waziristan.-DNA
