The idea of holding the G20 Summit and its result is still unclear. It was held from thirtieth November to December first 2018 in the city of Buenos Aires, Argentina. It was the thirteenth meeting of Group. The summit has become a sign of the absence of collaboration between the participating members in the international system, rather than a symbol of union of the world’s most influential economic players. The reality is that the G20 members have been meeting quite a lot of times during the Obama tenure and after the economic crisis in the West. Even at that time the top 20 world leaders could not come to a combined and plausible solution to resolve the existing economic crises. More than ten years have passed since the beginning of the economic crisis in the United States and Europe, and European officials keep on calling for the adoption of austerity policies as the solitary means to keep the status quo. This is despite the truth that lots of the economists and politicians in the West are distrustful that this economic crisis which is prevailing over the global system will end. The U.S. President unequivocally snubs the multilateralism considered by the G20 member states and continues to violate international trade law by unilateralism. At present, the foremost worry of G20 members is how to tackle Trump’s protectionist policies and orders. At the moment, in addition to the principal crisis affecting the G20, we are seeing another crisis called the presence of Trump in the White House. In the intervening time, there is in effect no chance for union among G20 members to countenance the existing economic crisis in the global system. Many troubles have hardly hit the G20 member states’ infrastructure as well as their superstructure, and it should be accepted that the top 20 economic powers in the world have not yet determined how to deal with these two kinds of issues. The point to be considered here is that the secret security and political equations among some of the G20 players together with the membership of some of these countries in NATO has persistently darkened their economic relations. This has led several of the G20 member states’ decisions to be influenced by other reasons and relations. At any rate, it is fairly clear that this expensive summit played no important role in resolving the economic crisis of the world, and apart from some news stories which we heard about the G20 summit in Buenos Aires, there was no extraordinary result. Unquestionably, unless the tensions between the Group 20 member states are removed; this disappointment will hang about everlastingly, even if the U.S. President Trump leaves the White House perpetually.
