Pakistan cricket team after beating South Africa in the third and final T20I celebrated the victory by remaking the viral ‘pawry ho rahi hai’ meme video on Sunday.
Fast bowler Hasan Ali took the lead and filmed the video with rest of the team supporting him by celebrating in the background.
“Yeh main hu, yeh meri team hai, aur hum series jeet ke pawwrtty kar rahay hain” (this is me, this is my team, and we are “pawwrrrtying” after winning the series), Hassan Ali was heard saying in the video shared by Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) on its social media platforms.
‘Pawri ho rahi hai’ is a viral video of 19-year-old Instagram influencer, Dananeer Mobeen, doing rounds on internet these days. With many netizens recreating their own versions of the video, Pakistani cricketers did not take long to jump on the bandwagon.
Pakistan beat South Africa by four wickets in the third T20I to clinch the three-match series 2-1 at Gaddafi Stadium in Lahore.
