After Pakistan’s win in the three-match ODI series against Australia in Lahore, Australia’s white-ball skipper Aaron Finch praised Pakistan captain Babar Azam, saying that he would love to see him play in the Big Bash League (BBL).
All praises for Babar Azam, Finch said that it would be great to have more world-class players in domestic competition and any team in BBL would love to have Babar.
“Babar is as good as anyone for a long time in this format of the game and T20 cricket,” he added.
Talking about Pakistani cricket, Finch said the talent is extraordinary and “world cricket is better when Pakistanis have the opportunity to play in our domestic leagues.”
He went on to say that the Pakistani cricketers will always be welcome in the Big Bash.
