Patriot Web Desk: Aussie batsman Glenn Maxwell was on fire at Pallekele as records tumbled in the face of an absolute assault on Sri Lankan bowlers. Maxwell played one of the best T20 innings of all times smashed 145 runs of just 64 balls smashing fourteen 4’s and nine 6’s in the process.
Sri Lankan bowlers were helpless as Maxwell plundered them all over the park eventually leading Australia to a T20 record high total of 264 in the allotted 20 overs.
