Many young people think of going abroad to get better opportunities. Although it provides an opportunity for better employment to the youth, it also comes with several disadvantages. Distance, cultural challenges, and risks of failure can affect the lives of these young people. Many people are also forced to go abroad to work for low wages, which can worsen their financial situation. This journey is not only a challenge but can also bring a big change in their lives, which may not be right for them. It is not easy to go to foreign countries, it also costs a lot of money, then they are often not treated well in these countries, due to which these young people suffer from various mental problems and many of them die. They save their money and go to foreign countries, but if they are unable to face the conditions there, they come back with patience. Now double problems arise for them.
Finding a solution to the problem of unemployment should be the top priority of the government. For this, reforms in the education system are necessary so that the youth can be provided with skills according to the needs of the market. Creation of job opportunities and promotion of skill training programs are also very important. The government should encourage local business development and support small and medium enterprises to create more employment opportunities.
Attention should also be paid to the mental health issues of the youth. The government needs to introduce programs that help the youth and provide effective solutions to their problems. When young people are supported to face their problems, they will be able to live more positively.
