CHINIOT (DNA): Two youth were killed in separate road accidents in different localities of Chiniot on Sunday.
Police said that an over speeding truck rammed a motorcycle at Jhang road killing the rider Nasir Ali, a resident of Chiniot Road on the spot.
Near Chowky Mithroma at Jhang Road an over speeding trailer crushed to death an unidentified youth while he was crossing road.
Rescue 1122 shifted the bodies of both youth to District Headquarters (DHQ) Hospital for medico-legal formalities where identity of one of them was yet to be confirmed.
Police took both vehicles into custody and registered separate cases against the drivers responsible for the two accidents who managed to flee.
