It should be noted that Donald Trump has repeatedly promised to end the Russia-Ukraine war during the election campaign. General Keith Kellogg, who served as the Chief of Staff of the National Security Council during Trump’s first term, also presented a blueprint for a ceasefire in Ukraine in July this year. Former US Army Lieutenant General Keith Kellogg has also been the National Security Advisor to former Vice President Mike Pence.
